1. openaccess – Select the option to make Item's metadata available to everyone.
2. administrator – This option will limit items' access to administrator user group.
3. embargo - Embargo will restrict access of items until the future date selected, as explained in following steps.
4. lease - Lease will restrict access of items after the future date selected, as explained in following steps.
