Making sure/documenting that the news gets out: 1) Carol sends a press release to staff 2) Determine if content is appropriate to reflect out through lists that you can post to 3) post the press release to the appropriate list 4) go to this wiki table 5) add the name or a reference to the press release or news item in the top row (if someone has not yet done that) 4) document your action by adding your initials and date in the appropriate row. This action lets other DuraStaffers know when and where the news item or press release has been sent so that efforts are not duplicated. NOTE: Add the most current news item at the top of the column.
