Coherance at Scale Committee

There are several large-scale projects being built such as DPN and SHARE and discussions around how to coordinate efforts to create stable national infrastructure. Most facets of higher education interests are covered by one of these projects. Is it useful to look at infrastructure support for a coherent set of these projects.
