Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens)Currently, curation tasks can be invoked in the workflow only in an automated fashion at specific points (and not at all if using the configurable workflow). Once the item is live, administrators can invoke curation tasks via the user interface whenever they like. Reviewers should be able to run (some?) curation tasks manually during the workflow.
