| Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens) | John is "Reviewer" in the "Thesis" collection, in which students deposit their theses for review. However, due to the number of submissions, John can no longer review all submissions within an acceptable time frame. Therefore, a colleague of John, Sally, is asked to help with the reviews. For Sally to be able to review the thesis submissions, her e-person is added to the Reviewer role of the Thesis collection. From the moment she is added to that role, she immediately has access to all tasks currently in the pool, even if they were added before she became a member. |
