Contribute to the DSpace Development Fund

The newly established DSpace Development Fund supports the development of new features prioritized by DSpace Governance. For a list of planned features see the fund wiki page.

Annual Reports are both informative and document benchmarks and key highlights of initiatives and events carried out to help meet shared community goals. As key DSpace stakeholders and active members of the community you have taken part in the progress made by the DSpace project in 2017.  Michele and I are reaching out to let you know that DuraSpace has agreed to sponsor a portion of our time to help coordinate development of a 2017 DSpace annual Report to document and celebrate the strides that DSpace made as a community over the past year.

We would like to ask for your support and help in developing the first DSpace Annual Report. We are confident that the growing and vibrant DSpace community will find this DSpace overview useful. We can discuss further in our meeting tomorrow.

With help from Mariya Maistrovskaya and Felicity Dykas (thank you!) we have developed the following structure based on the recently published 2017 Fedora Annual Report. Your feedback is welcome. Please also consider if you would like to contribute to the DSpace Annual Report. Let us know and we will reach out to you to coordinate the activity.
