It is often useful, and difficult, to try to capture the purpose, value, and strategy of a project on a single presentation slide. One tool for encouraging this process is Open Canvas, which was adapted from Lean Canvas to assist in the process of thinking strategically about a project.
We are happy to hear feedback on what is captured here. Creating an open source project is an iterative process, and tools like an Open Canvas assessment often provide just as much value in the conversations they spark as in the data captured.
