Minutes

  1. Action (on ..?) to send email to fedora leaders asking for testing validation documentation
  2. Reviewed phase 1 cleanup issue list, identified a few new tickets to be added
  3. Discussion of phase 2 vs phase 3 priorities (phase 3 priorities are critical but very hard? e.g. limitation of not being able to update server-managed triples isn't a blocking limitation; versioning).
    1. phase 2 implementation will give something real that works, is solid, and then can be used to inform the phase 3 development.
    2. exporting is fundamentally easier than import. will be a useful export tool before it's a very useful import tool.
  4. Sprint 3 success metrics:
    1. Need to accomplish all priority 'red' items on the Phase 1 list during the sprint (Esme)
    2. each of the Phase 2 requirements for the Verification Tool (Josh will create tickets for these)
    3. BagIt 2208 (Jared) then 2225 (Danny)
      1. (success or failure on these will determine ability to progress on rest of the BagIt items)
    4. developers should go ahead and assign items to themselves
    5. Nick and Andrew will work on the videos
  5. Kick off time for the sprint will be 11:00am EST
