   1. Security considerations for external content - issue-391
      1. Agreement to add text to the security considerations section to cover external context. Add forward link from the external content section similarly to the link from ACL section (e.g. https://fcrepo.github.io/fcrepo-specification/#cross-domain-acls ). Consider how to constrain file URIs, how to deal with redirects, etc.. Daniel Lamb will make PR.
   2. Define opposite of #PreferInboundReferences - issue-392
      1. Agreement to defer. If we were to specify this more it would be long/complex, and we feel it is not in scope to go this far. Benjamin Armintorwill comment on thread and mark defer.

      1.  Discussion that if we do want to add something about the possibility (MAY) of changing a non-versioned LDPR to and LDPRv with PUT, it should go in https://fcrepo.github.io/fcrepo-specification/#resource-versioning second para, before "Patterns for version creation are ...". Andrew Woodswill create PR as basis for further discussion

      1. Nobody likes If-Modified-Since-Subsecond ... but there seems to be support for `version` like header. Esmé Cowleswill make a PR
