Goals
In learning about VIVO, managing VIVO data, or writing SPARQL queries for VIVO, one often has the need to "see what is in VIVO" for a particular entity – a person, a grant, a role. We would like to easily see the triples associated with the entity and then be able to traverse those triples by clicking on their predicates or objects to follow paths in the graph or learn more about the graph connections and content.
Description
The triple inspector is a simple web-based utility. Given a URI, it displays the triples for that URI.
Features
- The triple inspector provides all the triples for a particular URI with the given URI has a subject. It displays all predicates and objects as clickable links. For each triple it provide an additional link where one can see the VIVO page for the object of the triple.
- The triple inspector is installed at the VIVO site and configured to work with the VIVO site.
