VIVO-ISF Ontology Overview : Object Properties

Note: This is a first attempt and will need considerable further work.

At this stage, the diagram reflects a catalog of available object properties more than a diagram of how they may typically be populated in a VIVO instance. The next step will be to identify which properties having no domain or range are involved in restrictions that indicate classes where they are likely to be used.

Furthermore, VIVO 1.6 also introduces "faux" properties through its new application ontology – contextual labeling for commonly used properties when they are used in the context of different domain and range classes.
