-Iryna: eIFL.net hosting a mtg in Tunisia - 12 institutions, 30-40 attendees, 2 day session on setting up repositories

3) DCAT "openess"

-re-start sending mtg notes to mailing lists: will include link to DCAT discussion forum, DCAT mailing list and identify the next DCAT mtg date

-Iryna: 456 - will send another msg out to the lists to encourage more discussion 

-Val: metadata projects - will send msg out to lists tomorrow 

-Bram: internationalization 

--unify location for both XML and JSP language file mgmt

--use standards like Wordpress and Drupal?
