2) Follow up on TO DOS:
-spend an hour testing DSpace 1.6 before the end of Dec 11: think of kicking the tires on the new features....
-Univ of Cambridge going to do some testing
-need a volunteer (Leonie) to write a 'testimonial' email about their testathon experience: what you tested, how it went, if you found a bug, if you went onto the IRC to discuss a potential bug, if you went onto JIRA to log the bug
-brainstorm a list of topics for regular chats (to be held either on DSpace general mailing list or on Crowdvine) - launch of the chat series following the 1.6 webinar, maybe have Ronee give us some samples of the ACLTS chat to review
-brainstorm on rename of the Dynamic Database: DSpaces, Instance Listing/Registry, Repository Database, etc?, Sites Powered by DSpace, DSpaces: Who's using our software (subtitles).
3) Dynamic Database
-working on getting the pilot up - data clean up, system design are almost complete

a. equip the Ambassadors to succeed (better FAQ/knowledgebase)

d. help recruit a different kind of release mgr
e. DSpace wiki clean up/re-org/migration
f. help cmtrs restructure JIRA to maximize repo mgrs engagement
g.help to liase/represent community req'mts to committers (gather feedback, understand what they mean, get good info and distill it down (from community, Ambassadors, etc.) and perform informal/formal survey on release features
h. have regular chats for RMs on specific topics (like the ALA discussion) - dspace general or social network? moderator to push topic and create a summary, Ronee volunteered to start iti. webinar tutorial - SWORD deposit tool

-All: give some thought to the 2010 projects - next mtg I'd like to talk about them in more detail, come up w/some timeframes and some ideas of how to start as well as some volunteers to work or lead each project
-Ronee, can you provide us w/a sample of the ACLTS chat? it would be interesting to see the topics/questions posed and some of the exchanges -- as samples of what we could do
