1. News

   2. DSpace 1.7 release update

      1. few updates to the "Who's Using" list
      2. Univ of Michigan - multi bitstream submission, need to change order in the display, will be proposing new feature in JIRA shortly once patch is developed

2. DGOC logistics going forward

   1. team name
      1. since we've evolved our primary purpose (help w/reviewing JIRA requests and facilitate discussions), should we change our name to speak to new focus?
      2. If so, what do we call ourselves? CAT (Community Advisory Team)?
   2. meeting/s time - only one time per month
      1. to provide for more comprehensive discussions: alternate time each month - 9am/13:00 or 3pm/19:00
   3. participation
      1. we could have some members contribute asynchronously (currently have 12 DGOC members -- only 5 or 6 active because of timezone issues)
      2. if Asian members cannot participate, we need to recruit new team members - target of 8

3. Review JIRA new feature requests
