  1. Conference calls: Deborah and Valorie agreed that the monthly conference calls should be opened up to the general Preservation and Archiving Solution Community. It was agreed that the regular meeting schedule of the fourth Thursday of every month at 3 PM (GMT -5) should persist for now, unless there is a reason to change it.
  2. Open Repositories 2011: It was agreed that the Preservation and Archiving Solution Community should decide if we have something to present about our moving forward roadmap at Open Repositories 2011. We agreed to initiate the discussion with the rest of the solution community via e-mail, and to move the date of the February meeting to February 10, in order to maximize the amount of time before and after that conference call for working out a roadmap and finalizing a proposal. Deborah will e-mail this plan to the solution community.
