<= /li>Scripps is planning an ingest of = NIH grant data in the next month or so and we=E2=80=99re wondering whether = to add the data in its own separate graph, or in kb2. In the past with publ= ications, We have ingested any given dataset once and then manually curated= the data in VIVO (and we'll likely stay with this for publications). Our p= reliminary grants ingest was into a separate graph which is nice as a prove= nance indication and for easy deletion and replacement of data when needed.= However, editing the data in a non-kb2 graph via the VIVO application may = not be fully supported in 1.5: the edited version of data is stored in kb2,= original stays in grants graph, display reacts to both versions of the dat= a. We're considering adopting a policy of periodically re-ingesting (into a= grants graph) from NIH Reporter all relevant grants and not editing that d= ata in VIVO. If anyone has input or experience on this topic, we would be h= appy to hear it.
