The Keck Institute for Space Studies is located on the Caltech campus at 345 South Michigan Ave. (map). From the hotel, you can head east on Cordova St. to South Michigan Ave. and turn right. Complimentary shuttles will also be available to take you from the hotel to the camp in the morning and back to the hotel in the evening.
