- Join the Profiles Working Group list (even if you don't want to be part of the working group itself). (Email or Slack Nancy Lorimer for an invite)
- Request invite to become a member of the LD4P group in github, if you haven't already received one (Email or Slack Nancy Lorimer for an invite)
- Create a subdirectory for your institution in the cohort-profiles directory. See here how to do it.
- Decide on how you will name your institution in a profile/resource template id. Add that code/name to the list in the readme file of the cohort-profiles directory
