Repository manager decides that access permissions of an item should be changed because of an arbitrary event (implying that it's impossible to use embargo start/end dates and impossible to create a curation task to select items automatically based on some criteria). She or he opens the UI, specifies the item and sets adds or revokes some permission for some user group. Modifications are applied to all of the bitstreams of the specified item.
