Our old IRC channels are essentially unmonitored these days. Instead, we recommend joining our DSpace.org Slack for any chat-based support.  You are also welcome to email your question to the dspace-tech Mailing List as an alternative, or choose one of the other DSpace Support optionsWhile we do our best to provide live, interactive Q&A via IRC, obviously we all get busy at times (or need to sleep).  So, if you do not get a response via IRC, we recommend emailing your question to the "dspace-tech" Mailing List as an alternative.  If you are encountering issues with DSpace, we also reviewing the recommendations under our Troubleshoot an error guide.
