If you enable versioning, is it possible that the name and email of the submitter are shown to all users by default in Version history. The only way to circumvent this is to make Version history visible to admins only by setting


versioning.item.history.viewinclude.adminsubmitter=truefalse

in [dspace]/config/modules/versioning.cfg.
