Import of versions using the import export tool
- Issues with Indirect Containers:
  - Order of import issue - when to import the proxies
    - status: even if indirect container import is not complete then according to mike and esme it is still worth implementing
  - version of a resource with a reference to a deleted object - referential integrity issue.
    - bpennell doesn't think there is a way around this issue.
  - awoods: let's move forward without support for indirect containers.
