If your database structure/data is upgradeupgraded, the migration process will now trigger a reindex of all your content after deployment to Tomcat. Some repository content will be not be discoverable until this reindex process is complete. For large repository instances, this process could take some time to complete.

Optionally, you may choose to skip this automatic reindex and run a manual reindex at a later time. For more information on doing so, see the note under the optional "Upgrade your Database" step below.
