Currently looking at a "preview" or "alpha" release before end of 2018. Entities implementation (initial prototype) will take place on the following "configurable_entities" branches:

- Atmire will post PRs for Angular & REST API to the respected "configurable_entities" branches:
- Angular UI: https://github.com/DSpace/dspace-angular/tree/configurable_entities
- REST API / backend: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/tree/configurable_entities
- Once PRs are posted, volunteers will review them quickly for inclusion into the "configurable_entities" branch. Features need not be perfect, but PRs should be quickly code reviewed.
- Tim Donohue will ensure the "configurable_entities" branches stay synced with "master". Will ask for help when needed, but this likely only needs to be done once per week.
- Lieven Droogmanswill share Atmire's discussion notes on which features or portions of use cases do not yet exist (or need more discussion) in the early implementation.
- TODO: Everyone review these notes (once shared), as we'll discuss whether any features/use cases are high priority for DSpace 7, or could be delayed for a future release.
- Atmire will post PRs for Angular & REST API to the respected "configurable_entities" branches:
- Next Meeting will be Tues, Nov 6 at 16UTC (notice: cause of daylight savings ending soon, we are changing the UTC time of the meeting so that it stays at the same time after daylight savings ends)
- Will discuss the early implementation feedback (from PR reviewers)
- Will discuss features that are not yet implemented and work to prioritize them for DSpace 7.
