Meeting Notes and Action Items

  • Matt - Media Shelf to provide Hydrus and Hypatia with merged code base by this evening. Media Shelf currently de-branding Libra from code base. Code base that will be supplied tonight will either still have some Libra branding or will have some quirky UI functionality.
  • Matt and Tom need to have conversation to confirm moving Rails 3 upgrade to April and discuss creation of SOW for March.
    • Matt estimates that this will take 20-25 developer hours - won't happen in March
    • question as to whether rails 3 upgrade to code base will be paid out of Hydrus or Hypatia funds
  • Michael will post glossary to wiki this week. This will inform functional requirements tickets currently in JIRA and assigned to Michael
  • Michael to check with team to confirm that Tuesday at 9:30 am Pacific is still the best time for Hypatia developers call.
