I hope I am posting in the right place...
We have set up Fedora using DC plus another Data Stream for additional metadata. I have read the documentation but am unsure how I can federate my installation with other installations so that both data streams are harvested.
Can someone please tell me where I can find documentation on this question.

Cost and software license issues aside, how does Fedora compare to MarkLogic http://www.marklogic.com/ ?
