An adhoc strategic planning group was formed to develop a draft VIVO strategic plan for review and adoption by the Leadership Group. The strategic planning group had one face to face meeting, December 2 at the Northwestern Library in Evanston. The group identified key areas of interest for the future of VIVO and key actions for each. These were then developed as the strategic plan.
