March 16, 2015 (Monday) through March 18, 2015 (Wednesday)
Oregon Health and Science University is located on a hill above Portland, Oregon, just to the south and west of downtown. We will be hosted by the Ontology Development Group in the OHSU Library, led by Dr. Melissa Haendel and a team heavily involved in the development of the eagle-i ontology and now the VIVO-ISF Ontology.
Parking is very limited on the OHSU campus, and the easiest way to commute from downtown is by the Portland aerial tram or by cab. Portland's streetcars connect to the tram base terminal, and buses are also available to OHSU from downtown.
Portland's light rail system from the airport to downtown also connects to buses and the streetcar system at the north end of downtown, near the AMTRAK station.
Two hotels are in easy walking distance from the tram base terminal at 3303 SW Bond Ave, Portland, OR 97239, just south of the Ross Island Bridge.
