DSpace 5.4 Release?

DSpace 6.0 Status
1. OAI-PMH webapp is broken after API refactor. The refactor brought out a major flaw in the OAI-PMH webapp...it never actually loads/uses the DSpace Kernel (or beans instantiated by the Kernel/Services Mgr).
