    2. Registration now open for DuraSpace members (see email)
    3. Public registration will open later this week
    4. Limit of 40 participants; filled up last time
    5. Instructors: Andrew Woods, David Wilcox, Stefano Cossu, Ben Armintor, Diego Pino
    6. Raised prices slightly this time because California: $450 members, $650 non-members, $1000 for-profit institutions
    7. Reduce $1000 for-profit rate to $950?

  2. 2016 Membership drive

    1. Goal of achieving 100 members (1/3 from Europe, museum, and government sectors)
      1. Trying to raise number of memberships and extend reach into other sectors
    2. Need Leaders to form Special Interest Groups for each category - who will participate?
      1. Europe/International: Julie Allinson, Neil Jefferies, Susan Lafferty
      2. Museums: Neil Jefferies, Robin Ruggaber, Stefano Cossu
      3. Government: Robin Ruggaber
      4. Open up more broadly to community members after establishing core group membership from Leaders
      5. ACTIONS:
        1. David Wilcox: Create wiki for sign-up
        2. Get groups together for kickoff meeting to formalize mandate
      6. Debra: Will want to eventually connect in to other international groups involved with DuraSpace
      7. Important to share information between groups so that multiple groups aren't contacting/harassing the same person/institution about Fedora/DuraSpace membership
  3. European Fedora meetings

    1. Need European Leaders and others to help organize regional Fedora meetings
    2. Who will be at IDCC, PASIG, other similar events?
      1. IDCC: Neil
        1. Fedora workshop - trying to hit mailing lists to generate registrations
          1. Breakeven registration count is 25; will probably need to cancel if <20
          2. Neil Jefferies will check in with Wolfram and Matthias to see if they can do anything to help boost registrations
          3. Neil Jefferies will also see if DCC can post something
      2. PASIG: Neil, Maurice?
    3. At which events should we have some kind of Fedora meeting or add-on event?
    4. David Wilcox will send email to Fedora lists to find out who else will be at upcoming European events and may be able to help organize meetings

      1. Goal to get presentations from European institutions who are working with Fedora, esp. Fedora 4 - will help encourage other Europeans to implement

  6. CNI Spring Meeting Proposals - April 4-5
    1. Due Feb. 12
    2. Try again for pre-session on repository service requirements for research data?
    3. Reach out to Rick Johnson re. SHARE?
    4. Have had Fedora panels at past 3-4 CNI meetings
      1. Focus for this time? Needs to show further progress from where we were last year.
    5. Possible UM/IU (and others?) panel submission on replacing existing repository infrastructure with Fedora/Hydra
