Minutes

1. Bethany Seeger has almost wrapped up.  During testing, she discovered that the mimetype checking code was case sensitive, and she's leaning on Jena to perform a case-insensitive comparison.
2. Danny Bernstein has pulled the relevant commits into the 4.7.4 branch.  There was only one excluded due to introducing breaking changes.  He also turned the crank on the Java client, but ran into an issue near the end of the process.
3. The group went over and the general flow of events w/r/t auditing.
