New JIRA workflow -- includes “Received” and “In Review.” No longer includes “Resolved.”
Tickets do not automatically open. They are marked “Received” to start.
Once there’s a pull request, the ticket is marked “In Review.”
Tickets previously marked as “Resolved” have been moved to “Closed”
You may enter a ticket, assign it to yourself, and mark it as Open, and then “In Progress” when work begins.
Tickets “In review”
Suggestion: Two reviewers, one of which is a committer, neither of which is the author review and approve. With two reviews, the pull request can be committed.
Options for committer.
Click “Merge”
Click “Squash” and “Merge” to get the commits into one commit and then merge. This might be the default.
Surgically combine some commits into groups, merge groups
Jim: Squash commit is useful for backing things out.
Author might put a note in if there is a reason to keep the commits separate

#1 weeks of April 23rd and 30th -- Javed will lead, supported by Ralph and Kitio
#2 weeks of May 21st and 28th -- leaders TBA
