Discussed potential revisions to the MOU.

  • Aside from correcting the new name of Lyrasis, references regarding the about-ness of Lyrasis will be left to Lyrasis during Steering review.
  • Discussed expanding on the background section to further clarify DSpace governance/DSpace program/DSpace community.
  • Discussed edits to reflect Lyrasis current role on Steering and Leadership
