Notes

M1 mac issue

At least partially resolved through upgrading of Argon2 library. Some testers have confirmed that it is now working. Issue will remain open in anticipation of further testing.
Fix is merged on the main branch. If you check out the main branches of VIVO and Vitro and can’t build on Mac with M1, please report this on issue https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/issues/3915.

CAPTCHA

README file needs to be updated to say that only version 2 of reCAPTCHA is supported.
French messages still need validation; Michel will evaluate.
Will wait a few more days to see if we get validation of Spanish text; otherwise can be merged.

I forgot my password

Will be merged after CAPTCHA issue is resolved.
Dragan and Ivan will document.

Responsive Wilma theme

Milos’s PR has been merged.
Other themes will be deprecated. This will be reflected in the wiki documentation.
No immediate plans to remove other themes, but they will not be updated for future features.

License update

Copyright has been transferred from Cornell.
Christian submitted PR to reflect this in the license text.

Audit tool
Hiding (organization) profile pages

Request to have hidden profile pages that are later made public.
Georgy: Current policies support hiding all the statements on a profile, but not whole page itself. Would be useful to introduce.
Georgy has had requests for this from several sites; Brian has implemented this as a customization in a client site.

VIVO 1.15.0

11 new features/improvements. Details in Milestone 30. Release should happen soon. New features should now be targeted for 1.16.0.

VIVO 1.16.0

5 additions/improvements currently in Milestone 31. Will be discussed more in a few weeks.
