Content moved from WP to GH. Some formatting didn't migrate, but mostly good. UNT and CDL working on content/website. Some questions remain about how we use it. GH will be a content source and also a code repo. Policy/access re content and code contributions, etc. 

CDL ARK infra refactoring updates. N2T changes (slide deck, ). Opens some arks.org service/tech possibilities. Tech changes happening but are invisible to users.
