ITEM #2: Work plan for Feb-June 2021

We have two remaining items from our original work plan to address:

  1. Reviewing and revising new leader orientation documents, and making recommendations for new leader engagement.
  2. Review eligibility and process for appointment of leaders from the membership, and make recommendations to Steering.

Questions for the group: What can we reasonably accomplish before the end of the membership year (June 30 technically, but realistically July 14)? What should we prioritize?
