- Review our sub-group purpose, to better merge the two statements (our subgroup used to be two separate subgroups, so we'd like to better integrate our purposes). "Support a vibrant, diverse, and inclusive community of GLAM professionals committed to the adoption, development, and maintenance of Fedora. Support and grow the community by articulating clear identity that is nurtured through effective communication and outreach.
- Review our existing deliverables and evaluate what we should have as our next deliverables in the strategy template based on the production position, strategy updates, and in light of changes organizationally with Duraspace joining LYRASIS.
Notes:
- Reviewing scope of group - we are in advisory/strategic capacity - we will work with David when there action steps.
- David sent the training survey out - deadline of Friday 1/31 for responses. Could David also send the survey out to the Fedora and Samvera tech list.
- Este is waiting to hear about when LYRASIS staff can join one of our meetings to talk about marketing strategies.
- Sub-group purpose review: right now is just a mash of the two former groups.

- Deliverables. Reviewing spreadsheet.
- Spreadsheet has content that needs updating, based on changes over the past two years.
- Make comments in the template, spend time reviewing what is on the list and suggest changes, additions, deletions. Include questions.
- Merged the separate communication and community streams into one since we are now one subgropu
Next Steps:
- Subgroup members to review of column U "Deliverables" on the FCRepo strategy template by our next meeting on February 12th. Add comments to each item in the deliverables column and we will review together and update the spreadsheet at our next meeting.
- Este will follow up with David about training survey results and the meeting with LYRASIS staff.
