  • JIRA review
    • action item for Michael to create a future version bucket for all tickets that are not currently assigned to a version. Bess suggested periodic review of this bucket to see if there are tickets that can be added back into the versions
    • action item for Michael to check sul-brick and provide access to DAs for AIMS institutions test data
    • need to check and make sure that there are no unscheduled tickets in existing iterations
    • question as to what Jennifer Vine's role is for this project. Michael to touch base with Tom C. to get clarity
    • Julie Maloni raised question as to how we ticket UI development. General agreement that we like and should try a similar approach to Hydrus development. One major difference however is that we are not starting with mockups for Hypatia
    • question as to what Hydrus UI work can be repurposed for Hypatia
    • Media Shelf waiting on SOW to begin rails work - Hypat-42. Hypat-15 moved to version 0.3 as it depends on completion of 42.
    • March iteration close. Suggestion that we have this be set as the last Tuesday of each month to coincide with the Hypatia developers call
