- Qa Sinopia Collaboration - Meetings with Stanford will only occur on an as needed basis
- Steven asked Dave to meet next week to go over remaining Authority request issues, https://github.com/LD4P/qa_server/projects/1 (which has be prioritized based on "important" authorities and ease of completion)
- Best Practices for Authoritative Data working group (focus on Change Management)

- 2022-06-04 Old Elasticbeanstalk QA server shut down. Will do remaining tidy to delete old environment
- Containerizing the Cache Indices
- 2022-06-03 Lucene index server working on AWS, had a good experience building with Terraform. Dave confirmed data good. Will reach out to Dave next week to talk about how to move forward. Current process for getting a new index up is to put is in S3 and when container starts up it copies this from S3

- Simeon reached out to Tracey to see whether she could join our June 17 meeting to talk about opportunities for music metadata work that would be fundable, of interest to one or more relevant scholars and demonstrate the use of BF work descriptions - no response yet
- Huda has worked on pulling out ISBN, LCCN, and OCLC ids from Sinopia instance. (In the case of "Dune Messiah", the sequel to "Dune", the catalog doesn't have any ISBNs or LCCNs so will need to look up OCLC id. Had a conversation with Frances regarding how to look up that id). Next step: Lookup the ids using Solr request and get information back.
- Beginning use cases/user tasks brainstorming here . Will put first version of final tasks/process in these slides
- Working on understanding which relationships and how to model them for testing (e.g. data analysis focused on aggregations that group works together. How would we demonstrate that using Sinopia?)
- Set up meeting with Huda, Astrid, and Steven to start review tasks and design options for prototype
- Goal: Get prototype test-ready by late June. Testing late June through before LD4 conference so we have something to report
