Profiles RNS has several types of APIs, which could be used to do what you want. Three problems are: 1) Not all sites have upgraded to the RDF version of Profiles RNS, which includes the APIs. 2) Setting up the APIs is optional, and not all sites have done that. 3) Not all sites with APIs have posted the URLs of the APIs, which means you might have to guess where the APIs are located. The documentation for the APIs are here:

We plan to add a sitemap/index feature to Profiles RNS in the future to make it easier for web crawlers.
