- Someone will be at the reception desk to direct you to the room. Instructions/Directions will be left at reception for any latecomers.
- Refreshments
- Coffee / Tea / Caffeine: The Library has a Café (and others are nearby). Some coffee/tea will also be in the room.
- Lunch will be provided from 12:30pm-1:30pm
- Attendance Limit: Likely 30 people maximum
- Wifi: Accounts are provided at the conference registration desk, but as its not strictly necessary to have registered before attending this meeting accounts will also be available at the meeting.
