Need: Elements does not search

Limitations:  Works from APIs to download, then processes downloaded data.

Creates VIVO triples from claimed publications

Sources:  CrossRef, DBLP, Pubmed, SCOPUS, Clarivate

Fetch and process pubs, use a claiming case
