- Attendance Limit: Likely 30 people maximum
- Wifi: Accounts are provided at the conference registration desk. But, as it's not strictly necessary to have registered before attending this meeting, accounts will also be available at the meeting.

- Our best guess. We'll bring this list to stakeholders to get input on their priorities.
- Two approaches: Focus on one major theme & get into detail (Perf & Scalability), or cast a wide net with less detail per item.
- Start with a brainstorm, narrow down to < 10.
- For each, assign priority (high, medium, low) and effort (hard, medium, easy) and articulate the value to stakeholders.
