1. The group reviewed past efforts and difficulties – 2/3 non-library sites, IT and open source, budgets and approvals, long lead time for implementation
2. VIVO has had good success with Michele Mennielli adding memberships internationally and with additional international prospects
3. The group discussed adding David Wilcox to the membership effort to coach, and eventually represent VIVO
