DRAFT ARK Sustainability Survey

Purpose: help the Sustainability WG do an early evaluation of ARK community interests and perceptions of value

Target audience: Expression of Interest (EOI) respondents. Later possibly add up to 535 registered ARK organizational contacts from the NAAN registry (some contacts will be stale).

1. What value/potential do you see in the ARK identifier/resolver?   "resolver" links to the new FAQ; do we need to define other terms?
2. What value/potential do you see in the ARKs-in-the-Open (AITO) project?   Our audience will have filled out an EOI form showing interest in the project? 
3. Would you travel to attend an ARKs or AITO in-person meeting if it were held in conjunction with another conference of interest?

4. As a member of the ARK community, would you rather contribute money (eg, membership fee) or effort (eg, developer hours)?
