Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens)Currently, only the deprecated Lucene browse system supports case-insensitive browse indexes. The current implementation of Discovery does not support this functionality. DSpace should support some basics of index normalization, so it is not completely dependent on metadata quality to have a usable search and browse index. See Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration. for more information. Just wanted to be sure this feature is on the road map for the next version of DSpace.
