Story (A paragraph or two describing what happens)

Story 1. Repository A includes citations, with links, to published versions of resources. User, Donatella, is interested in viewing the published version of an article. She clicks on the supplied URL in the citation metadata field and that resource opens in a new tab.

Story 2. Following RDA cataloging rules, Repository A includes information about related resources in its records. The record for a manual includes a reference to a book of exercises that is freely available on another website. When user, Tom, clicks on the URL in the dc.relation field the URL is followed and the book of exercises is opened in a new tab.
