Requirements

1. Drop Fedora on top of Fedora generated OCFL.
2. Fedora as generic OCFL Viewer: Drop Fedora on top of generic OCFL; Fedora derives LDP relationships.  Do not modify OCFL
3. Import OCFL into Fedora by  dropping Fedora on top of generic OCFL; Fedora writes back to OCFL
   1. What information if any does Fedora need in order to build LDP relationships from a generic OCFL?
   2. To what extent must "Fedora-specific" metadata  not flow or mix with other OCFL objects?
   3. What is Fedora-specific metadata:
      1. WebACLs
      2. ?
4. Horizontally scaled Fedora instances against one OCFL
