- starting to think about moving from Peoplesoft to Workday (JohnR talked about packaging Worlday ingest scripts as other institutions may move to it)
- going live with new version of faculty profile pages screen caps to be featured in their VIVO pages – 2 new page view – could demo this in future Impl call
- is their a free/open source image capture library of web page renders?

VIVO Solr Search functionality
Discussion around VIVO site search, needing a better set of specifications what search behavior should be such as tweaks for v1.5.2 or major enhancements targeting v1.6, e.g. set of gold standard data to define search relevance ranking. What the behavior should be, should users need to know special syntax, what defaults work? Debate in library community around utility of advanced search functionality. Shawn noted that in his research people prefer faceted search to advanced search. Inviting more librarians like Michaeleen and Kristi.
