Membership Renewal Updates

Member Outreach Webinar

1. Low interest from members so far
2. Let's see which member institutions are represented amongst conference attendees
   1. This group will review the list
3. Check to see which members are also presenting at the conference and plan to attend their sessions
   1. Check in with them about attending the member webinar
4. Currently there is no communication channel between elected Leaders and the other members at their membership tier
   1. DSpace is planning to create these channels, perhaps this would help us with member engagement?
   2. This group will review current governance election practices and make recommendations for the next time based on the need for more engagement

• Michele Mennielli Will talk to LYRASIS colleagues about allowing VIVO members to pay invoices in non USD currency.
• David Wilcox Review member forum registrations and report back to group for follow-up messaging to members who are not attending
